Our Story
History
Built on a vision to redefine retail by enabling seamless engagement between retailers, supplies and end users since 2009. NPN has built a retail ecosystem that blends digital products and services in a unified way that features the retailers, suppliers, and end users at the center. We began our journey simply distributing phone cards through our POS device. Gradually, included over 300 different products from different categories.
Throughout this time, we began to enter and operate to sell products both digital and physical on e-commerce platforms. The discovery of the e-commerce growth trends together with our expertise has led to the launch of our retail solutions such as N–Ecomm, Go Online and N-Egift.
Present
This direction has paid off – over the past 10 years. Today, we have more than 1100 offline touchpoints that includes minimarts, convenience stores, Buzz, Shell and Cheers stores. Our online touchpoints include Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon and many more. Earning the trust of numerous companies, notably, Singtel, Fairprice, Shopee, Lazada, Grab and Gojek with an annual turnover exceeding 50 million dollars in 2020.
At this moment, NPN is not only selling smart devices, but also directly managing the maintenance of about 25,000 stores with smart devices. This duo role ensures that we are able to listen closely to feedbacks from the ground and keep improving our products and services.

Our Milestones
Our milestones include the following
2010
Founded the “N-Store”,a retail solution targeting offline retailers.
2015
Announced two more retail solutions,
“N-Play” and “Sunmi Pos”.
2017
Introduced “N-Logistics” to supplement existing retail solutions.
2018
Rode the trend wave of online businesses and dished out a ground-breaking retail solution, “N-Ecomm”.
2019
Introduced “N-Egift”. An innovative retail solution to uplift offline and online
2020
Launched “Go Online”. Expanded and established another company in Malaysia.
2021
Our sale of smart devices has reached 30,000 and counting. With the expansion of the team, NPN is managing the maintenance of all said smart devices.
